All Nippon Airways has leased 25k sf at Pacific Center in Torrance. The Japanese air carrier will occupy approximately 10 percent of the building in order to upgrade technology equipment and systems support for reservations, ticketing and travel accommodations.
Located at 21250 Hawthorne Blvd, just south of Torrance Blvd, Pacific Center is owned by Bixby Land Company, who has executed 55k sf of leasing at the property since it acquired and repositioned the LEED-certified, Energy Star-rated building. Noteworthy tenants in Pacific Center include Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Wells Fargo Insurance and Living Social. Bixby is also in negotiations on another 20k sf in leasing that would bring occupancy at the building to 80 percent.
Kenji Sakai at CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction. Bixby Land Company was repped by Tony Ranger at Madison Partners.
Bixby’s 2013 renovation created inviting new entry points to the building, a furnished outdoor gathering area for tenants and contemporary, eco-friendly landscaping throughout the property. The lobby and all common areas were upgraded, while interior spaces were improved with move-in ready office suites in the 2,000 to 10,000 square-foot range.
