Bixby Land Company announces three executive promotions as the company continues to grow its investment portfolio and redevelop creative office projects throughout California. Bixby has promoted Aaron Hill, Mike Severson and Mike Hodges, each of whom has been with the company for more than five years in roles integral to the growth of the firm.
Aaron Hill has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations. Hill has been involved in all areas of the business since joining Bixby Land Company in 2006, with a focus on leasing, operations and acting as the primary operations interface with Bixby’s institutional investment partners. “Aaron Hill continues to be a highly valued member of our executive team in overseeing all leasing and property operations,” said Bill Halford, president and CEO of Bixby Land Company.
Bixby has also promoted Mike Severson to Senior Vice President, Investments. Severson, who also joined Bixby in 2006, has been responsible for the company’s acquisition of more than $1 billion in commercial projects at Bixby. “Mike Severson has been instrumental in building Bixby’s investment business and continues to actively seek new acquisitions throughout the West,” said Halford.
Mike Hodges has been named Vice President, Construction/Development, having led the redevelopment of numerous office projects since 2007. Hodges has been instrumental in establishing Bixby as a creative developer capable of executing complex and large scale projects. “Mike Hodges’ outstanding design sensibilities and attention to detail make him exceptional at what he does,” added Halford.
Bixby Land Company has either recently completed or has under redevelopment $200 million in projects throughout California.
