Additionally, Wolford previously served as chief financial officer for Bixby Ranch Company where he was successful in repositioning, through acquisition, disposition, exchange and capital restructuring, a $750 million portfolio producing an increase of over $100 million in value.
Wolford began his career in 1980, at the Walt Disney Company, as a development manager on the largest privately undertaken construction project at the time, EPCOT Center. Following the opening of EPCOT Center, Wolford was promoted to corporate headquarters and worked directly for the CFO and chairman of the board on the company’s five-year strategic plan. He also worked closely with the company’s investment banks in the issuance of $200 million in Eurobonds, a secondary common stock offering of $100 million and successfully negotiated a $100 million commercial paper program with Morgan Stanley.
Wolford sits on the board of directors of a $4.5 billion mutual fund family and holds a real estate broker’s license from the State of California. Wolford is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he earned a B.A. and a MBA with a concentration in real estate and finance.
