Martin O’Hea directs all financial activities at Bixby Land Company, including capital markets, investment financing, strategic planning and investor relations. O’Hea has a 27-year background in real estate finance and is experienced in all forms of debt and equity structures.

O’Hea previously served as senior vice president of finance at Sares Regis Group where he was responsible for all capital markets functions, including the financing of more than 60 joint venture transactions totaling $1.5 billion. 

Prior to that, O’Hea was senior vice president of finance at Legacy Partners. During his 17-year tenure at Legacy Partners, O’Hea directed all capital market activities and led the development and formation of Legacy Partners Realty Fund I, a $330 million investment fund established to acquire a portfolio of office and research and development properties.
