William A. (Bill) Welch is vice president of marketing and leasing for Bixby Land Company’s portfolio of more than 5 million square feet of office industrial, retail, and R&D properties throughout its Western United States operations. In this position, Welch directs the management of all Bixby Land Company’s marketing and leasing initiatives for the portfolio while developing and maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and the brokerage community. Additionally, Welch promotes availabilities and oversees lease transactions for the company.

Prior to joining Bixby Land Company, Welch was a senior vice president and regional manager for Colliers International, one of the leading commercial real estate organizations in the world. He was responsible for the overall management of marketing, strategic planning, recruitment and business development for the company’s Orange County, Inland Empire, and Palm Springs brokerage operations.
