Prior to joining Bixby Land Company, Hill held positions in both asset management and finance for The Irvine Company’s Office Properties Division which included 30 million square feet of office, industrial, R&D/flex and self-storage product located throughout California.

Hill is a graduate of the University of La Verne, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He has also completed advanced studies in real estate at Harvard University.
