Aaron D. Hill is vice president, operations for Bixby Land Company. He is responsible for all aspects related to the operation and asset management of the company. In addition, Hill is responsible for developing and managing the firm’s joint venture relationships, which currently totals more than $500 million of gross asset value.

His related experience includes involvement in excess of $2 billion in investment transactions as well as the ground-up development and value-add repositioning of more than 8 million square feet of office and industrial product. In addition, Hill has completed lease analysis with a total consideration in excess of $500 million and negotiated lease buyouts and settlements on approximately 2 million square feet.
